Residential Low Care – resident focused assisted living

Residents in low care enjoy superior accommodation and services that are purpose designed to maximise independence and ability.  Each resident’s private suite is tastefully and comfortably furnished and has ensuite bathroom facilities.  
 

Leisure areas cater for a varied program of lifestyle activities that support and encourage a warm and engaging sense of belonging.   Meal services are tailored to individual preferences where possible, with residents being encouraged to participate in menu selections.

Residents are encourage to participate in community lifestyle activities and events both within the facility and as part of Bentley Park retirement living community.  Connection to family through outings and celebrations are also encouraged.

Care support is provided all hours by a fully qualified and experienced care team.  Each resident’s care plan is regularly assessed for changing care needs.   SwanCare Group has a strong commitment to continuous improvement through our education and training program to ensure that our care team is equipped to deliver the highest standards in care services. 

Low Care is available in the traditional environment of Waminda Care Centre or the contemporary setting of Kingia Care Centre, both located at Bentley Park.
