At SwanCare, we believe that dignity and worth is atthe heart of health and wellbeing. We strive to ensure that the focus of our care is on each resident’s unique individuality through programs and resources that enhance physical, social and spiritual health. We believe that this standard of care should be preserved as a right.

As a non-profit benevolent organisation and aregistered charity, SwanCare gratefully receives donations and bequests. This essential support allows SwanCare Group to uphold the values and mission ofour organisation to “create communities that foster confidence, self-worth and wellbeing.

Government funding and other sources of income are limited and are mostly prioritised for the provision of accommodation and for essential health and medical services. Funds received through donations and requests go to programs and resources that directly benefit residents and their community environment.
