Waminda Care Centre (Low Care)
Assisted living at Waminda Care Centre is a special combination of support services tailored to the residents' comfort and convenience, maximising independence and quality of life.

Each resident enjoys a private, comfortable air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Although the height and size of the bed must comply with occupational health and safety regulations, residents may otherwise provide their own furniture and are encouraged to personalise their living areas with treasured items and photos.

Telephones are available at the resident's cost. Housekeeping and laundry services are included as part of daily care.

Tastefully furnished, comfortable lounge and dining areas are shared by the resident community.

Kingia Care Centre (Low & High Care)
The 15 suite dedicated low care wing provides superior accommodation and services for seniors who require some assistance with the activities of daily living but who do not require full time nursing care. 

Each private suite is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Leisure areas cater for a varied program of lifestyle activities that support and encourage a warm and engaging sense of community.

Kingia provides residents to 'age in place' as their need for care and services increases.

Low care residents of Kingia pay an accommodation bond and daily care fees.
