Low Dependency Care - assisted living

Only 15 suites available

The 15 suite low care wing provides superior accommodation and services for seniors who require some assistance with the activities of daily living, but who do not require full time nursing care.  Each private suite is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Leisure areas cater for a varied program of lifestyle activities that support and encourage a warm and engaging sense of community.   

Low care assessed residents of Kingia pay a refundable accommodation bond and a daily care fee. More

The high care wings within Kingia cater for those residents who require full-time professional nursing care on a long term or a temporary respite care basis.  A cheering yet tranquil environment providing comfort and peace of mind to residents and their relatives. The person-centred philosophy of care in Kingia is carried through every aspect of service, nursing, hospitality and lifestyle, making the most of opportunity and ability. Kingia provides for residents to age in place as their need for care and services increases. 

Accommodation fees for High Care are income tested under the Centrelink Asset testing criteria for residential care.
