How we've been acknowledging and paying our respects to the brave service men and women, in the lead up to ANZAC Day.

Our four residential aged care centres have been engaging in a variety of activities this week to commemorate ANZAC Day.
From handcrafted wreaths to heartfelt ceremonies with our friend Reverend James, our staff and residents have found many different ways to pay their respect in the lead up to our nation’s special day.
The touching tributes pictured here are just a few examples of how our SwanCare community is honouring April 25th, with our retirement living residents also holding a Dawn Service tomorrow in the village to acknowledge our ANZACs invaluable sacrifice and service.
