SwanCare advises that Phil Martin has concluded his role as Chief Executive Officer. Phil has served as SwanCare’s CEO since May 2025.

The SwanCare Board advises that Phil Martin has concluded his role as Chief Executive Officer, following his resignation, effective 10 February 2026. Phil has served as SwanCare’s CEO since May 2025. The Board extends its sincere thanks to Phil for his efforts and contributions during his time with us and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
The Board has appointed Darren Sumner, SwanCare’s Chief Corporate Services Officer, as Interim CEO. SwanCare’s services and operations will continue as normal, with no change to service delivery, the organisation’s structure, or our long-term strategic direction.
The Board will commence a recruitment process for a permanent CEO and will provide updates as appropriate.
